I got two. One for each side. Great for cameras, range finder, phone, ammunition, etc. I might swap one out for a Nalgene holder for certain trips, but I like these versatile pouches.
Very handy.
gears packing
From Anonymous of anchorage, Alaska on .
I use for my Job (pro guide) all the Kifaru belt pouches to organize and pack my gear. I don't use them on the outside of my backpack but to carry my gear in my duffle bag or inside my backpack.
From spare batteries, extra magazines, lights system, binoculars , GPS, etc etc... the quality and how it makes easy to pack your stuff is unbelievable! highly recommended
Superior quality

belt pouches
From Ronnie Pike of owasso, Oklahoma on .
These were very utilitarian and essential for my EMR II during my CO elk hunt this September. I would recommend a net mesh on the inside panel to keep things more organized like maps etc.
Extremely Useful!
From Brian Lund of Salem, Oregon on .
I bought 2 of the small side pockets to attach to the waist belt of my 26" Duplex frame. They detach and reattach in a matter of seconds, extremely easy to do! I managed to fit my Glock 40 cal. in one small side pocket and my GPS, wind buffer, estrus scents and mouth calls in the other. Also if your packing meat out of the mountains and you don't wish to use your water bladder, the small side pockets are big enough to fit a 12oz bottle of water into each one, creating less weight on the frame which is what we're all after. Great product Kifaru, I can't thank you guys enough for the handcrafting such great gear!
Percent pouches
From Anonymous of Poulsbo, Washington on .
The small pouches were the perfect size to carry my rangefinder on one hip and my gps, elk reeds and wind detector on the other hip. Love these pouches.
roomy
From jeremiah a. of kalispell, Montana on .
great little bag for attaching to a pack for those quick access items. a lot bigger than I had thought it would be (didn't read the measurements before I ordered). if all you want on your belt is a couple small items such as calls, like me, I would look at the mini pouch. great quality and worth the money though.
Perfect pouch
From Anonymous of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on .
The pouch is well built, and works perfectly. Just a tad smaller than I thought it would be, 4 stars since I wish it had more organization on the inside, or that it was waterproof. Overall great product, and you get exactly what they describe.
Perfect size
From Matt McNabb of Borger, Texas on .
I purchased the small belt pouch to run on the duplex belt. It fits perfectly on the belt and looks like it was part of it to begin with. Typical high quality Kifaru construction!
Belt pouch
From ROBERT BALL of VERADALE, Washington on .
No PALS mount. At least the option. Really miss old model TAD & MAXPEDITION option just not right. My belt pouch goes on and stays on needs to be big enough to hold a SF P2X FURY which the older model on my ZULU does perfectly.
Great add ons
From Trent of Eugene, Oregon on .
I have one of these on my pack and love them so much I bought one for my dads new kifaru.

Easy one hand manipulation to open and close. Fits an iPhone 6s with much room to spare.
Perfect Add On
From Anonymous of Peoria, Arizona on .
The belt worked perfectly for storing my GPS (Garmin Rhino) and some spare batteries. Attachment to the hip belt of my Kifaru Ultralight frame was simple. The material was durable and the zipper worked easily. I would definitely recommend this to improve the functionality of your pack setup.
Small belt pouch
From Adam of San Diego, California on .
The small belt pouch attached perfectly to my Timberline pack. It easily holds two cliff bars, GPS, and gloves all at easy reach. Really impressed with it and thinking about getting a medium for the other side of the pack.
Best belt pouch on the market!
From Tj Perez of Phoenix, Arizona on .
Quality is on a different level and easily opens with one hand and the mediums are big enough for a lot of gear or butt stock! A definite must for any pack!
Belt pouch

Great product! Fits perfect on pack belt, and can open easily with one hand. Perfect size for range finder or GPS and quick access.
Highly Recommended!
From Alex I. of San Jose, California on .
Best belt pouch ever. I tried fanny packs, man bags, all sorts of contraptions, and this belt pouch works perfect. I use it on my Xray on the waist belt for quick access to keys, wallet, cell phone. And I also use one for motorcycle riding where the pouch is attached to an Omni belt also for quick access to the garage opener and things. On a bike you do not want anything in your pockets, so this belt pouch comes is super handy. I do not have to take the gloves off to pull out the garage opener or a wallet at gas stations. Very secure, just the right size, comfortable zipper pulls, tough for any field use, excellent quality built. Guys at Kifaru know their craft. I can confidently rely on their skills. Great work! Thank you!

Product Integrity Great!!!
From Fil T of Tucson, Arizona on .
Very well made and durable product. The pouch holds up very well to the abuse handed out by user and desert environment of the Southwest. Zippers work, all the time, no snagging and gthe pulls make it easy to access contents quickly even with gloves on. Kifaru at top of my list for quality products at a fair and reasonble price!
Excellent!
From Tony Trietch of Traverse City, Michigan on .
The pouches are easy to open with one hand. I like the fact that the zipper opens/closes in either direction!
Roomy
From Andrew Munsell of Brighton, Colorado on .
I bought a medium and a small for my SpikeCamp pack. The small fits perfect and has plenty of room for keeping my small items handy and easily accessible. The attachment system keeps the pouch in the same place no matter what. Top Kifaru quality and made in the USA.
Inadequate Description
From Sir Seán J. Madsen of Port Perry, Ontario on .
This product is well constructed and of extremely durable material. Apparently, it is made made to attach to a backpack in some way, but I bought it because it was advertsied as a belt pouch - and there is literally no way at all in which it can be attached to a belt.
small pouches
From Anonymous of Grant, Michigan on .
I have 2 small pouches on the belt. They are plenty big enough for gps, release, compass, etc... Rock solid attachment system. Zippers work great with one hand.
Highly Recommend
From Julian Proctor of Port Orange, Florida on .
Great addition to belt for quick access while moving.
Perfect!
From Brandon Pattison of Bannister, Michigan on .
I have had all three sizes and prefer the larges due to the theory of 'better to have and not need it then to need it and not have it' at a minimal weight penalty. Most of the time I have one on my belt and the other on my Guide Lid for T.P.
Highly Recommended
From Andrew Taylor of Paonia, Colorado on .
Very impressed with these belt pouches. They are tough and easy to zip open and closed.
Must have
From Luke Johnson of Oldtown, Idaho on .
These are a must. Simple design and comes in different sizes to fit your needs. They were a bit difficult to install...but I don't think that they're going anywhere!
Modular Capability
From Regnar of Winchester, Virginia on .
The belt pouches offered additional external storage for my Highcamp rucksack. Frequent use items such as water purification systems, rain gear, binos, etc. fit in the large belt pouch. The attachment system is simple, lightweight, and I have not torn a pouch loose yet after one winter hunt and two weeks worth of hiking along the AT. I love the modularity of these pouches, I can build up for more storage or remove the pouches if I am going on shorter trips. The stitching and zippers demonstrate the exacting Kifaru standards. These are great gear pouches for any Kifaru bag.
It does what it says
From Xavier Bell of Radstock, England on .
Its a pouch (mine is medium) and it attaches to my pack (mine is a Xing). Its well made, the zipper is smooth, and I love it.
Belt Pouch Review
From Justin Spicher of Leavenworth, Kansas on .
I have several of these pouches and couldn't be happier with them. All of my pouches are the KU material and have done very well for me. The large belt pouch holds my JetBoil with room for my Sawyer filter, the two small pouches are used for items that would be needed quickly or easily, but not so accessible that they would get in the way. One small holds my kill kit, the other my 1st Aid kit. With each pouch having three bar sliders in the four corners, I am able to mount them inside the pack, where the chamber pocket normally connects and let them "hang" inside the pack. If I need to get something I can simply pull them out and "hang" them on the outside of the pack with no need to unhook them. Access is easy for both the pockets and the interior of the pack. It's the small things that separate Kifaru from the rest of the pack company's in my opinion.
Buy some!!

Great versatile product
From Cedric Chausson of Sarasota, France on .
I have all size version of these.
Really practical pouches that are much much lighter than the tactical MOLLE pouches!
They can be also more easily fixed anywhere on a pack with their easy fix system. I put them on the waistbelt ofmy Pointman but also on the back of it as a main pouch.
Only draback is that they are not made in plain black but you can easily dye them black which I did since I have a black Pointman.
I'd love to see more bigger versions of these pouches in different sizes and shapes as they are in my mind much better pouches for the ounce counter.
Just what the Dr. ordered
