Awesome piece of gear!
From Anonymous of Mesa, Arizona on 12/16/2016.
I bought 2 compression strap kits for my Mountain Warrior. I love how versatile they are. They have an everyday purpose on my pack but can be moved to infinite configurations to fit all my needs.
From Kurt of St.Michael, Minnesota on 9/29/2016.
These two items, the Compression Kit and Guide Lid, were additions to my existing pack. They were of high quality like everything from Kifaru. I used the Guide Lid on a recent Mule Deer bow hunt in conjunction with my pack and put my lunch, some extra water, and headlamp in it for easy access - I also stuffed a seat pad and coat between the Lid and the main pack to get at easily - it is a very versatile addition to my gear.
An accessory you must have
From Brian Lund of Salem, Oregon on 9/24/2016.
I used my compression straps with my 26" Duplex Frame to pack my elk out solo. These compression straps beat ANY other tie-down device or method. Easily connect each end to your Kifaru frame, throw an elk quarter on, tighten up the compression straps and your on your way. The strength the compression strap offers is remarkable! Attach 2 of these straps to the bottom clips on your frame and run them to the top clips, you now have an expanded meat shelf...definitely a necessity to have for packing out big game!
From Jason Herrera of San Jose, California on 9/13/2016.
The compression kit is just an all around good accessory to have. You can strap everything to your pack, bow, Rifle, tripod ect. If you have a kifaru pack it's a must have.

I keep finding new uses for this kit everytime I play with my pack layout. Order two sets you'll find a use for them.

bought these to piggy-back urban zippy to a larger pack if need be. they are quite long and should do the trick nicely!
Works Very Well
From Sam of Waco, Texas on 5/27/2016.
Bought these from watching Mels Video. Used in order to adjust the fit of my Kifaru Xray, and they work very well with the Omni Belt as intended. This simple mod makes a substantial difference in closing the gap between your back and your backpack, and do an amazing job taking the weight off the shoulder straps. Would highly recommend for anyone intending to use a belt with their Kifaru X-ray pack.
K-Clip Compression Kit - Very Useful
From jim of Bend, Oregon on 3/12/2016.
Appreciate that Kifaru makes these high quality kits available for purchase - I use them for most tasks of mounting - docking - piggy backing. I could not duplicate the sewing quality. I am confident that the accessories are the same quality as the packs and pockets. Often change out buckles to meet the need and shorten as needed (my packs are all in the mid-Omni range).
A must have
From Anonymous of Chandler, Arizona on 1/25/2016.
Perfect for additional compression. From securing your bow to the pack, or compression on heavy loads to remove load shifting. These are always in my pack
From Anonymous of Basra, Iraq on 9/26/2015.
Bought k-clips and with addition of cinch webbing allows additional strapping to reinforce heavy loads, attach additional loads or secure other items to your pack. Simple and easy to use. Recommended.
Highly Recomended...for a different pourpose
From Reed Klearman of Troy, Missouri on 8/27/2015.
I used this to attach my Alaska Guide creations Binocular harness to the shoulder straps on my duplex. I don't even know I am carrying my Binoculars and rangefinder. It takes all the weight off of my neck and shoulders.

The most awesome invention since the wheel. These straps have saved my bacon more than once. There are literally a million and one uses for these straps because of their modularity. I bought a sec
