Follow Up Still Awesome!
From Ben Garwood of Apex, North Carolina on .
I purchased these pullouts to better organize my pack. I went with this material because of its use in other products and it is a great product that facilitates organization and easy access. As a follow up several years later, my bags are used daily at work and on weekend excursions. Material still appears to be factory new!!! Yet another well thought out, robust and durable product from an excellent company. As another note, their customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! I cannot recommend the people and their product more highly. Looking forward to expanding my collection of gear as budget permits. Thank you Kifaru!

Being a organizational junkie these are right up my ally. Only improvement suggestion I could make would be to offer them in a clear material to make determining whats inside easier. Great product.
Highly recommended!
From Tell Hanes of Broken bow, Nebraska on .
So before I got these I used Ziploc bags which didn't last very long and I had a couple occasions where stuff would fall out of them and clutter my pack. I got the set of four from small to extra large and it has done a great job of organizing my pack from fire gear, food, my water Filter kit, cook set, and tarp. I love knowing exactly where everything is at and these pull outs do a great job of organizing everything so I'm not just scrounging around looking for stuff. What I also like about them is, it helps save space in my pack since everything is in Lane around on organized.
Feather Light and Super Useful
From Jay Ellison of Tampa, Florida on .
I purchased several different sizes of these pouches to use in backpack camping. I have the older, heavier nylon models...and they are great but every ounce matters when you're packing it on your back. There is no sacrifice in strength or organization and these are substantially lighter.
Ultralight Pullouts
From Bill of Manlius, New York on .
I've purchase 5 of these and find them to be a excellent product to organize your pack load. I use the Mega size to pack 4 to 5 days of food, the XL to pack my down layers and rain gear, the Large for clothing and the medium for my Kill kit. Very sturdy and they add no weight to my load.

From Howard Robertson of Fort Drum, New York on .
I use these for my field problems. I am an active duty US Army Infantryman. I have multiple of these bags in all the sizes. I have the pull tabs color coded with electrical tape and use them for hygiene, batteries, moral items, thermacell etc. and when I get out of the field I simply pull them out refill and replace them in my ruck. Makes refit super easy.

So helpful!
From Anonymous of Bend, Oregon on .
These things really help with internal organization, whether in your backpack on a hunt or in your suitcase on a vacation. I use a small for my emergency kit, a medium for my kill kit, and the XL/Mega to segregate larger items like clothing and food. I didn't realize how nice it is to have things organized within the big bag but now it's the only way to go for me!
Best way to keep gear organized!
From Steven Peterman of Billings, Montana on .
Hands down one of the best organizational tools on the market. I was tired of always digging through my hunting pack to find a knife or flashlight. These pullouts allow you to keep all of your gear organized and easily obtainable. I own several different sizes. I was extremely impressed with how much clothes I can fit into the mega pullout (pants,vest,2 shirts,1 1/4 zip, pair of socks and two beanies) Highly recommend!
Ultra Light Pullouts
From Kevin Jackson of Saint Joseph, Michigan on .
These are a great add to any pack. I hunt primarily whitetail from trees and I hang my pack next to me in the stand. I have various items in 3 of these(small, med, and large) in my pack so I can quickly and quietly get to whatever it is I need. Also, I keep my "kill-kit" items in a small pullout for after the shot so that I don't have to fidget around in my pack and search for all of the tools I need for gutting and/or processing. They are tough and light in weight, the zippers are louder than what I would have hoped but not so loud that they are unusable.

Great, Durable pouches
From Robert of Hazard, Kentucky on .
Used these recently on my elk hunt. The small is perfect to fit a havalon knife in its case along with some paper towels and gloves for a compact, easy to find kill kit.
The material is really tough along with good zippers. These are well worth the money and make it nice when you need to find a certain type of gear in your pack.

Rock solid !
From Anonymous of North Canton, Ohio on .
Although I have only had them a short time, I have used them on multiple trips. They are awesome, the various sizes are great and the are super light. Light does not mean weak though...these things seem bomb proof. I have tossed them around and not been gentle with them and they are holding up great. Pricey but highly recommend! The high price knocks a star off!
Excellent
From Anonymous of Norcal, California on .

I love the organization provided by the pullouts and when you are counting ounces, these are the best. The only thing I think I would add is a small velcro patch so you can mark them based on content. Just a thought.

super light weight as expected, organizes my stuff in a way that makes things super easy to use and find quickly. and they stuff pretty well too. slide right into those corners and takes up the dead space in my pack. I just took them to WY on a short Elk hunt, taking them to Idaho next week for a 10 day back country Elk hunt. Lets see what they are made of! I think they will be great.

Great Product
From Bryan Diede of BISMARCK, North Dakota on .
As other reviews have stated, these are top notch. I purchased the four pack and used for sorting my hunting kit as well as layering items in my packs. Have had other brands in the past, will purchase only these if I can wear them out.
Lightweight pullouts
From FZ of Springfield Gardens, New York on .
Very lightweight pullouts that offer great organization options. I ordered the 5 pullouts set. All pullouts are well made and the fabric seems to be very sturdy for its weight. Some pullouts are signed by the person who made them which is a nice touch.
One down point is that not all the pullouts I received were made from the same fabric. The large one had a different color and texture than the others. I contacted Kifaru regarding this and they confirmed that they have different batches of production. I think it would be fair to have in the description that the pullouts may or may not feel or look the same.
Other than that I have been using these pullouts for a month now and they seem to hold very well. Good product but just expected them to look and feel the same since I purchased them in a set.
Super Nice

From Emory of Vancouver, Washington on .
If you're looking for a way to organize your pack items, do yourself a favor and pick up a pack of these pullouts. I've spent way too many years going crazy with organizing my pack until I bought a batch of these. The quality is top notch, functionality outstanding, and they make life just that much better when in the backcountry. I now have all of my smaller items organized and easy to get to.
I can't recommend these enough. Everyone should have a set.

Fantastic for Organization
From Warren Davidson of Vero Beach, Florida on .
Purchased small-xl and found them to be awesome. Have not used them on the trail yet but I am looking forward to it. The XL will be holding all of my spare clothing and the medium my sleep clothes. Very thin and light but I am not concerned that they will rip. Not sure how water resistant they will be but they are not waterproof. Would definitely recommend the product.
Order Enough
From Chris of Portland, Oregon on .
These excellent lightweight pullouts helped organize my EXO Mountaineering pack which badly needed help. I ordered three in different sizes and ended up ordering three additional ones. My only complaint is the shipping cost/options for such a small lightweight product. Buy enough the first time you will be very happy.

Great minimalist tool Ultralight Pullouts
From Anonymous of Belmar, New Jersey on .
Durable construction, zippers are solid, material is strong for its thickness and weight. Took on a 3 week trip to India to compartmentalize a small duffle. Worked great. Even with the website video, they seemed small when I got them in my hands. Perspective. Would recommend if you want to shave weight.

Great Organizational Pouches
From Regnar of Winchester, Virginia on .
The ultralight pullouts are a great piece of kit to help organize your rucksack. The silnylon material is incredibly light and very durable. I own several sizes of pullouts and my oldest one is over three years old and still looks brand new after numerous hunts and months of field time. The pullouts are much more efficient and economical than buying 1 qt and 1 gal plastic ziploc bags every time you go out on a hunt or expedition. I strongly recommend these for hunting and backpacking.

Tough Hunt Just Got A Little Easier!
From Anonymous of Eureka, Alaska on .
Well worth the money! I ordered the Ultralight Pullouts (set of 5) for my first sheep hunt in the Brooks Range this year. Ultralight being key, as every ounce factors in on this type of hunt. These bags were the perfect solution for keeping my pack organized, when pockets were limited, and made for quick work when downsizing for day excursions. I created a bag for toiletries, food, socks/long johns, skinning accessories, etc. It would take me seconds to grab which items I needed to take while out on a stalk while separating them from the non-essentials that could stay at camp. There is nothing worse than trying to dig through a jumbled mess of gear crammed in one large pouch. Kifaru has always made quality a priority and these pullout are no different. Thanks for making one of the toughest hunts a little easier!

Get organized and save time
From Billy Lively of Tucson, Arizona on .
These things are great. For a light pocket pack you couldn't do much better than the construction that Kifaru put into these. I feel that for the additional small amount of weight that they are worth it to keep a pack that doesn't have many pockets organized. It can be frustrating digging through a pack in the dark looking for that one item that is buried underneath everything else. These help mitigate the endless treasure hunts in your pack and keep everything organized saving you time. The last thing you want to do when you are all worn out at high elevation is to have to tear down your bag looking for the Easter egg. Get these.
Awesome storage and organization tools !
From Kevin Middleton of Edmond, Oklahoma on .
Great piece of kit. Awesome way to store small things. I have a fire kit kill kit one for first aid/survival water filter and I put my rain gear in a large one. Helps to keep things together in the pack. Glad I upgraded to the ultralight over my older set of pull outs. I use the old one to keep things organized in my shooting bag.

Ultralight Pullouts as dust covers
From Fil T. of Tucson, Arizona on .
Great product. The largest size fits my 15X60 Sworovki's and serves as better dust covers than the original case they came in. I use the large cover in the field and they hold up great, no tears or snags. Put them in my backpack to keep binocs clean and dust free! I also store my binocs in them for same dust prevention and accumulation while not in use.
Ultralight Pullouts - Great!
From Fil T. of Tucson, Arizona on .
Purchased pullouts to help organize my "kit". They are stong, purposeful and very light weight. Given they are avaialble in different sizes I even use one for my fleecewear - after coolness of Arizona desert mornings subside I put the fleece or down vest in one of the pullouts and stuff it in my backpack - much better solution than bungy "cording" it. Great product, super service from Kifaru - scores a big 10 in my view.

Great Bags!
From Bill of Topeka, Kansas on .
These bags are great for organizing gear. They weigh next to nothing, you can partially see the contents through the lightweight material, and they are surprisingly durable. My only complaint would be the color. My wife calls it "roach brown." Next time, I would go for green.

Pullouts, Mesh and UL
From Brandon Pattison of Bannister, Michigan on .
I use the mesh for my hygiene kit, water filter and turkey calls. The UL ones I use for everything else. First-rate quality. The UL ones are obviously lighter but not by much. If buying, get them all and use the rest around the house. You won't be disappointed.

Light Weight Bags
From Joel Ward of Claremore, Oklahoma on .
I like the bags and they seem to be a lot tougher than their light weight suggest. I use them to partition my pack and the 5 pack gave me just about what I need to contain food, spare clothing, a first aid kit, personal items and medications. Mine all came in one color. The varied shades of green and brown that the ad shows would make it a bit easier to tell them apart when the are all in my pack. I gave them 5 stars
Bagaholics rejoice!
From TomB of Durham, North Carolina on .
What to say. I purchased a full set of ultralights and a 4 set of mesh. So far the funnest part has been deciding what goes in which. I do wildllfe/outdoor photography so I have camera gear and outdoor gear to worry about. Smalls are EDC and field tools. Medium and such are windshirt and macro kit. Large mesh became charging gear for cameras. Large UL holds my Arktis field parka, beanie, gloves and shamaugh for cold weather. The largest UL is my boot bag for packing back muddy/wet footwear (or just keeping boots at the bottom of my sleeping bag in the field.) The others are various pieces of like thermal tops and such. Nice to finally have my backpack organized to the point where I can find what I am looking for quickly. Just wish the UL's came in a variety of colors. Oh well...
Organizational game changer
From Anonymous of Wahiawa, Hawaii on .
I am an active duty infantry nco and avid backpacker. I live out of my pack. I use these as a means to prepackage certain items of kit. Packing for a field problem or backpacking excursion has become so much easier. I can tailor my load to the task at hand in a way I could not previously. The build quality and materials are superb. The wait to get these was well worth it. I have no doubt they will last for ages. Being able to find what I need quickly is great. Gone are the days of fishing through a wet weather bag to find what I need. All around an outstanding product.
Pullouts for Backpacks
From Blair Paterson of South Mountain, Ontario on .
Lugging books, notepads, glasses, pens, etc. in a backpack (EDC) is great, except when you want to actually find the thing in that gaping maw that is the backpack. From Rick Lewis of Frederick, Maryland on .
I bought a bunch of these in various sizes in the ultralight configuration when I bought a scout pack. Love them. They're very tough, light and allow for great organization. These things are awesome. The simplicity of the design, the quality of the materials, everything. I purchased these to use in my overnight bag, but have found that I use them in my EDC for work and school. I organize them into XL extra shirt and socks, gloves, and hat; L snacks and water; M cables for phone and laptop, wallet, phone, multitool; and s for 1st aid kit. They are awesome. I recommend this product to every single person who I encounter while using it. I will definitely purchase more. 5/5
Pullouts
From Rob Clouse of Tucson, Arizona on .
I ordered a mesh and the ultralight small pockets. I prefer them to a standard small stuff sack because the zipper placement allows easy access to the contents. If I order more pullouts in the future I will go with the ultralight. They seem to be plenty sturdy, but pack easier than the mesh which was a little stiffer.
Pull outs are great!
From Kevin Drom of Santa Maria, California on .
These pull outs are very well made, and very lightweight. Great for organizing and separating gear in your pack, I used the small for 1st aid kit, medium for essentials and large for food or clothing.

Exceptionally Handy !!!!
From Rick Kerner of Sunburg, Minnesota on .
This kit is perfect to organize almost all my pack gear. The large holds 8 days of food, the next one covers base layers, socks, undies, the next one holds rain gear, next is for my med kit and toiletries, and the last one is my possibles kit. The kit is priced better than 5 lw stuff sacks which is a bonus. I would suggest that Kifaru adds two more pouches - one for a kill kit and the last one for stove, extra fuel and utensils. Thanks for a great product!

The set of five is a must have for any pack. Makes it much easer to keep up with ones gear.
The ultra light one are far tougher than they feel. I have always been hard on gear and they have held up rather well. They would still look new if they were not dirty.
One can not go wrong with the pullout pouches.

I got the pullouts to try and organize my Eberlestock Halftrack pack. I tend to have to dig to get out gear that I need.
With the pullouts I can just unzip the main compartment and grab the pullout that I need.
I got the ultra light ones at first I thought they would not hold up Boy was I wrong.
The best part I can just swap out the pullouts to another pack and go. No need to repack every thing.
Will be getting more

Not much to say, really--just a very well-made, durable, and incredibly lightweight pouch for your carrying needs, whatever they may be. Outstanding customer service, as well. You won't be disappointed!

Kifaru pull outs are a must have for pack organization. I can reach in and pull out exactly what I'm after no rummaging around in the dark looking for stuff

Great lightweight pouch

I have purchased a number of the Kifaru pullouts and recently picked up some in the ultralight CB material. Do not be fooled by their light weight. They are tougher than they look and they work great organizing items in a backpack. If you are a gram/ounce counter and need to keep things in order these pullouts are your answer. I use all different sizes for different gear and they have served me well. Do yourself a favor, just suck it up and buy the set of five- you will end up buying them anyways over time.
Exactly what I expected.

These handy little pouches are exactly what I expected. A lightweight way to organize some loose stuff in my pack without adding a bunch of weight.
